screening

I try to make screening easy.

But I do need two separate things and they can't both be a link that anyone could send.

1) Do you have a LinkedIn profile with a recent photo?

2) Professional email?

3) Is there a photo of you on a company or organization website someplace?

4) I could give you a discrete call at work and ask for you by name?

5) Facebook? You might have temporarily adjust your privacy settings though.

6) DL with your address, but not your city blacked out.

7) References from at least two active and established companions you've met in the last six months.

Keep in mind that I really prefer not to rely on references alone.

8) Something else similar that I might not have thought of.
